It doesn't always feel like it, but earning more money isn't necessarily the route to fulfilment and happiness at work.
Find a Job in Gardening and be Happy
As part of the findings 65% of those earning £20,000 to £25,000 a year thought that they'd achieved a good work-life balance as opposed to 50% of people who thought the same earning more than £60,000 a year.
Perhaps another surprise was that 75% of those earning less than £15,000 a year said they thought the work that they did was worthwhile. This is in comparison to 64% of those who earn £60,000 or more a year.
