This Granite Effect, 40kg Parasol Base has a smooth gliding handle. Pull-out handle slides all the way into the base for hiding. 

Comes with a pull-out reducer and a screw-fixing attachment on the side of the tube. 

Only one side of the base has wheels the other side has solid caps fitted to the same height as the wheels.
